Just a nice ride on mostly the outskirts of Niagara county, if you want to take a different route and make the circle a bit shorter. Take 104W-E instead of the 18 (lake road)
Just mapped haven't ridden yet. will update.
Nice ride around Barrie, some fun turns, and ends in Alcona at the park/beach. Some city riding involved so watch for cops(especially on sunnidale rd). Roads are smooth most of the way. Enjoy.
Nicely paved, lots of fun turns. Watch out for animals and potential gravel in some spots. Also may be cops around so keep an eye out for that too.
moderate speed limits, lots of curves. places to fuel up and take a break.
OFF ROAD , Gravel
From Heyden going East to 25km is a good tarmac, after that another 80KM to HWY 129 is gravel or loose gravel over asphalt.
be extra vigilant !. Popular with Adventure bikes.
The Deer Trail Tour is a fun loop around Elliot Lake, through Blind River and Iron Bridge. Following river valleys, this route is twisty and has many hills. Although surface treated, there are a few rough roads which makes this loop more suited to the adventure touring type. The loop is 120 km (72 mi).
Nice turns, straights. Make the route slow first in the spring (sand on roads until cleaned from winter). Route is great in the summer. watch for cyclists.
Brampton-Tobermory-Sudbury- Owen Sound- Brampton
An excellent long day ride. A must ride, especially in the fall.
Turns and solitude, this is as remote as it gets. You will find both gas and traffic in short supply. The only fuel guarantee is at the Hwy 144 turn off and in New Liskeard so this one requires a bit of planning.
Nice scenic ride through Aurora, Newmarket, Kettleby, East & West Gwillimbury.
This route is about as twisty as it gets for York Region.
It's probably one of the least appreciated routes in Northern Ontario, but it may also be the most spectacular.
