Starting at Pie in the Sky we did the old Pacific Highway to Wollombi ( via Jerry´s for a second coffee). Then onto Broke, Denman and finally the glorious Bylong Valley Way to Rylstone. Overnighted at the top pub, good pub food and cold beer. Day 2 started at the local cafe then we cruised through Sofala and onto Bathurst then Oberon before heading home via Hartley and down the Blue Mtns. Overall roads were good but there were a few dodgy bits. Nice assortment of twisties and great scenery. For me, a perfect 2 day ride.
